The busy season is really here. We're ready to support you at every step. Here's a couple of ideas to boost your success:
Climb the mountain as a team. A deluge of phone calls in a very short window can stress everybody in your organization. Make a real effort to promote teamwork. Gather your team and discuss expectations for good communication between your office (scheduling) and the field (production/service). You'll get more done with everyone on the same page.
Treat incoming calls like gold. A lot of opportunities show up at once, so be sure you're ready to quote and close projects when buyers are in the mood. The last couple of years have made sales seem easy, but now is not the time to take things for granted. Make sure you’re on your “A-game”: scheduling appointments fast, following-up to close, etc.
